What I Learnt as a Teacher
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart! The Mexican Cooking class was a couple of days ago. I enjoyed it and my guests did too. I can not call it a whole success as I must admit my program was ambitious. Trying to cover all the salsa types and different masa preparations in only 3 hours was, in hindsight, a fool’s errand. Next time, I’ll dedicate a session to Masa and another one...

Mexican Cooking Class Session 1
My first Mexican cooking class will be tomorrow Tuesday, June 28th at 6PM at @gardens123 home. I call this the masa and salsas class, as these are the of the basic staples (IMHO) of Mexico’s cuisine. On the salsa part we’ll cover: Pico de gallo Salsa verde and roja variations (raw, boiled, broiled, fire roasted) Dried chile salsas (salsa chipotle, salsa pasilla, salsa morita) ...
